The following conditions have been put into place to provide you with the best possible service and maintain a healthy business relationship, free of any misunderstandings and ambiguity. Payment for the quotation means that you have accepted and understood our terms and conditions as stated below.

Quotations

•  All quotations are valid for a period of 7 (SEVEN) days from the date of the quotation.
• All quotations and invoices provided by ED Bathroom Acc are E&OE (Errors and Omissions Excepted). ED Bathroom Acc reserves the right in such circumstance to withdraw the quotation, or submit a revision.
• Prices are subject to change at any given time. ED Bathroom Acc reserve the right to not honor any incorrect / faulty prices displayed on our quotations or on our website.

Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of your order. In the case of payments made by internet or bank transfer, payment will only be considered to have been made when the amount thereof has been received as cleared funds in ED Bathroom Acc’s bank account.
• The balance of the 50% is payable prior to delivery or collection of goods or within 3 months of initial deposit, whichever comes first.
• All goods will be ordered or released once the payment reflects in ED Bathroom Acc’s bank account.
• Kindly use the EDB number on the front page of the quotation as a reference when paying via EFT or bank transfer.

Inspection of Goods Received

• The customer is responsible for checking all delivered or collected goods for any discrepancies or damages before signing the delivery note.
• No claims for shortages, breakages or defects will be accepted by ED Bathroom Acc unless communicated by the customer in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, detailing the nature of the shortages, breakages or defects.
• The customer acknowledges that he/she shall have no claim of any nature against ED Bathroom Acc arising out of any shade variances between the goods delivered and the samples issued prior to goods delivered.
• No claims for tonality differences or any other defects will be considered unless made prior to installation.

Deliveries and Storage

• A R460.00 (incl VAT) delivery fee will be applicable, per delivery, within a 50km radius from the store and a R690 (incl VAT) delivery fee, per delivery, over and above a 50km radius of the store.
• ED Bathroom Acc will make every attempt to deliver goods on schedule but does not accept liability for late deliveries.
• We will store paid orders for up to a maximum of 3 months, from initial payment date. Thereafter, ED Bathroom Acc reserves the right to charge for storage.
• ED Bathroom Acc does not guarantee delivery of goods on any specific date or time.
